These 12 foods could be sneaking their way into your diet making it harder for you to lose weight. Avoid them altogether or find a healthier more nutritious replacement.

Salads are great for anyone dieting. It’s the dressing that gets you into trouble. A serving size may seem reasonable until you actually measure it. You may think you are going low calorie with a nice spinach salad but you could be adding hundreds of calories with your dressing.
